Libraries, Arts and Culture
In 2008, JLIS became the first private sector company to specialise in the outsourcing of unique areas of public sector services that include libraries, arts and heritage combined with parks and open spaces. We still remain the only private sector company to directly employ library staff and manage public library services. We are now developing dedicated library resources and solutions to create a service delivery structure for a network of integrated library services across the UK.

Police
We have a proven track record delivering services in support of constabulary officers and in the operation of specialist firearms and custody facilities in the UK. We provide safe, secure training environments that utilise state of the art technologies that allow our customers the freedom and flexibility to meet the constant demands of modern policing.

Fire and Rescue
JLIS' experience in operating facilities, specifically for the emergency services, has been applied to a number of fire and rescue projects. Our robust operational resources, processes, systems, and experience enable us to meet the requirements needed to support our customers in the provision of essential emergency services.

Health providers
JLIS hasdelivered and manages a number of regional LIFT contracts in Sandwell, Manchester, Greater Nottingham, North Nottingham, Derby and Leicester and has considerable experience in managing services in integrated multi-service facilities. We know that effective partnership arrangements need to be in place and managed to ensure that seamless services are provided -we are able to adapt our management approach to meet the needs of multi- partnership arrangements.

Rail
JLIS worksfor clients inthe rail industry, specifically London Overground and provides facilities management services at a number of stations on the London Overground network. We know and understand all the required safety regulations and standards and ensure that we are compliant with the relevant Network Rail Company Standards. We deliver exceptionally high quality and performance and our people receive the highest standard of training.

We offer a complete management solution to a wide range of primary, secondary and further education establishments in the UK.
