We are making a long-term commitment to the regeneration for the community and a key part of our strategy going forward will be to develop further opportunities to invest in the surrounding neighbourhoods.” Perry Lloyd, director of UK PIM, said: “Regenter brings financial expertise to the Bentilee project and, just as importantly, our associate company Pinnacle Housing brings a wide range of experience in building better communities throughout Britain. Together, we will make Bentilee a better place to live.” The Bentilee Hub project is one of six joint service schemes sponsored by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister to be procured via PFI.
